もはや人道主義ではWINDを説明しきれない

苦しい3レースでした。

I had some hard races at Autopolis.

 

 

Rd.3    Qualifying   12th  /  Final   12th

 

Rd.4    Qualifying   12th  /  Final   11th

 

Rd.5    Qualifying   12th  /  Final   10th  /  14cars

 

 

木金のフリー走行はドライコンディションで

On Thursday and Friday, we ran in dry condition.

 

チーム2台揃って苦戦…。

Our team spent a difficult time on this occasion.

 

 

トップからは大きく遅れていて

There was a big difference with the fastest time.

 

どうすればタイムアップに繋げられるか…

What should we do…

 

 

走行データやタイミングモニターとにらめっこ。

We were constantly consulting logging data and lap chart.

 

 

エンジニアさんも色んな可能性を模索してくれ

Then we did meeting many time

 

あらゆる状況で車の挙動を確認しました。

and we tried a lot of car settings.

 

 

そして、迎えた予選は雨…。

The day after, qualifying was held in the rain.

 

 

霧や強風も加わり難しいコンディションでしたが

Also there were fog and the wind,

 

予選、決勝レースは全てオンタイムでスタート。

so it was very difficult condition.

 

 

2レース目はSCのオンパレードでした…。

In the 2nd race, we ran with safety car 3 times.

 

その中でチームが無事完走できたこと

In this situation, Threebond Racing was

 

現地へ足を運んでくださった皆様に

able to finish running in all race.

 

レースを観ていただけたことは何よりでした。

and I am happy that I could have you watch our races.

 

 

そして、3レース目はやっとドライコンディションに！

And in the 3rd race, I thought that I can run in dry condition.

 

と、スリックタイヤでスタートしたのも束の間

But the rain began to fall again.

 

雨が降り出し、レース序盤で異例のタイヤ交換！

Then my team did pit-in and changed tyre.

 

 

結局、レース中盤から雨が弱まりスリック優勢でしたが

In conclusion, slick tyre was faster.

 

メカさんたちが本当によく頑張ってくれました。

 However our mechanics did good work.

 

この荒れた状況を味方につけ

#12 Otsu was 3rd place.

 

3位表彰台を獲得した大津選手とは逆に

he win this difficult situation over to his side.

 

ウェットで全く乗れていなかった自分…。

 I couldn’t good drive backwards.

 

何とかチームや応援してくださる皆様に

I want to give back to society with my result

 

しっかり結果でお返しできるよう

for my supporters.
